AskMinka started its life as Rentryway — an automated lease generating service.
The company pivoted within 3 months after talking and listening to countless DIY landlords. We called the new service Tidy Rent and it was a virtual assistant to help schedule showings and contractors.
After months of iteration, due to the technology limitations at the time, the company made yet another pivot and transformed Tidy Rent into a chatbot that would respond 24/7 called AskMinka.
